This product is terrible. The screen protector is impossible to place and its’ adhesive is too strong. It took me 1 1/2 hrs to get it off and that was using my drivers license. Thankfully I do not ruin the Kindle’s screen.

As far as the silicon skin is concerned; it is too thick to be used along with Amazon’s case for the Kindle 2. In my mind this makes it useless. This was to be added protection along with the cover. Who wants to keep taking it out of the cover to place the skin on it. Then take the skin off to place it back into the cover. It is easier to fold the leather cover back and leave it in there.

The screen protector won’t apply very well. Good luck getting it on without any bubbles.

The skin barely fits on there. It’s loose and tacky.

I’m SO GLAD I spent money on this junk. Why doesn’t a respected, well-established company make screen protectors and skins for the Kindle? THAT’s what I want to know.

I got a Timbuk2 Nylon Kindle Sleeve (Fits 6″ Display, Latest Generation Kindle) Black/Black/Black for my kindle, but it still felt a little exposed, since you have to take the kindle out to read, and thought this would help.

The silicone case fits nicely, although it would be nice if it covered the keyboard. Even though it fits in the sleeve, the silicone makes it difficult to put in and take out, so I think I’m just going to stick to my sleeve, because that protects the kindle a lot more when not reading.

I tried to use the screen protector, but I could not get the screen or the protector clean, and in my attempts to apply it, I kept ending up with bubbles everywhere. So, maybe if you have a clean room, this would be great, but as it stands, I have no idea how anyone else applied it. You can wash this with soap and water, in fact I did it many times, I could not get it dry and applied without covering it with little specs of dust.

This was given as a gift & I was concerned after reading some other reviews that there could be a problem with the screen protector. No problems at all…….the protector fit perfectly with no bubbles. It’s a winner!

I bought this to protect my kindle and screen. The product is awful. The screen doesn’t stay on, despite the adhesive and the skin is loose and floppy. I did like the purple color but the rest stinks.
