I gave this cover with the kindle as a graduation present for my granddaughter and she has told me that she especially liked the cover.That is good enough for me.

This truly is an attractive and functional Kindle cover, and it is so streamlined that I can even fit it inside another larger cover. However, it has a very strong plastic smell that has yet to fade after a couple of weeks. Nowhere is it stamped or marked that it is leather, nor is the packaging marked. It smells, looks and feels like plastic, and yet is marketed as leather? I’m keeping it as it works well and I like it, but would rather pay a bit more and get a real leather case as advertised.

I recieved my Kendle as a gift from my daughter and son in law. It was a wonderful suprise. ( thank you very much!) I had a lot of fun shopping the internet for a cover. I spent several weeks looking at all I could find and reading ton’s of reviews. I decided on this cover because of the way it holds the Kendle in place and still gives access to the buttons. It gives great protection to the reader.
I like the pebble texture of the leather cover, the magnetic snap on the strap. and the soft interior finish, it is holding up well in my purse as I carry it with me everywhere I go. The cover remains closed even in my purse with all the other stuff I carry around.
Other reviewers stated that this brand had a bad odor when they first recieved it, I did notice that but it disipated quickly and had no ill effects on me or the kendle. If you like this style of cover do not let the complaints about the oder stop you, it is not that big a deal.
When I ordered the cover I thought it might take 5 or more days to arrive but it came in only 2 days. I really appreciate that. I am very happy with this purchase.
