Van Gogh – Starry Night Design Protective Decal Skin Sticker for Amazon Kindle 2 E-Book Reader

I was a little disapointed by the fact that the stiker left an interior and exterior white frame on the front of the kindle. I haven’t tried stretching it, but will do so, meanwhile I’m buying a different one with an essentially white backgroung so the contrast between the skin and the white plastic won’t be so great.

Not much to say. It’s beautiful, not hard to stick to the kindle or restick if necessary. I don’t know about it being a protective decal since I keep my kindle in a leather case but it is decorative at least. If they really wanted it to be about protection, then maybe should add a clear screen protector as well (reason why I still use the leather case).

The Starry Night decal is not as nice as pictured. The decal is a millimeter or two short in each direction, leaving uncovered, glaring white edges around the screen and around the edge of the Kindle. It does not look very nice.

It was stated that it could be easily removed and replaced. When I tried to remove it to reposition it on my Kindle, it stretched and doesn’t fit properly now.

I love this skin and it does its job well. This thin layer of art protects the most vulnerable parts of my Kindle with style and the quality of the print is fantastic.
