I purchased this cover when I ordered my Kindle 2. I wanted a simple cover that offered good protection and was easy to hold. The cloth cover with a leather like spine makes the Kindle look like a traditional book or journal. The inside is suede like and offers soft protection. The elastic binding can be used to hold the cover back when reading and securely holds the book. cover closed. Great looks and protection!
