I purchased this product along with my purchase of the Kindle 2. Though it is nice to be able to read the Kindle with it in the case due to the straps that hold it in on the right side, I prefer to read my Kindle out of the case. This is almost necessary with this case because the top left strap is a clear plastic and it covers up where you need to get to in order to power the Kindle on. This isn’t a terrible issue though. I like the front pocket that easily holds my power cord, though not much else, and I love how thin it is. You don’t really get a picture of how thin it really is in the product description. It gives my otherwise fragile-feeling-thin Kindle a place to feel safe when traveling in my bag.

I really love this case! It is different, and won’t get confused with anything else, or lost in your car, etc. It’s really neat to look at all the old newspaper print on the cover…… The company it came from shipped it immediately! In fact, I bought it on December 22 and it arrived on December 26! Christmas, of course, was a holiday with no mail delivery, so that means I got the case/cover in 3 days! My only complaint would be that there is no place to store the cord. There is an inside pocket, but I am afraid that if I put it in there it will damage the face of the Kindle when it is zipped closed. So if I need to take it with me, I’ll fold the cord up nice and neat and put it in the pocket, then I won’t zip the cover entirely closed. In any case, this is the same price as most of the other covers/cases shown at Amazon, but it is the most unique.

After purchasing my Kindle I know I had to get a case, but I wanted something that was going to stand up and protect my Kindle, so I went with something that had a foam inside, and a zipper so I could sip it shut and shove it in my purse. After looking on the web for other case styles, I also wanted something that was reasonably prices and this was my ticket item I wanted.

I bought this Kindle case at the same time I bought my Kindle three months ago. The zippers were intitally a little tough to use but loosened quickly with use. It is easy to use and essenitally leave your Kindle in all the time. B folding it over you can read with “no hands” and also you can charge your Kindle withouttaking it out of this case. I have enjoyed all the newprint type decorations on it which do make it stand out on other fabrics (like the car seat when it falls out of your purse) and the fact that it it nylon which makes it mositure resistant. My only slight knock is that I think it is kind of on the heavy side, but I have yet to find anything I like the same or better that is lighter !

I say this case is good and looks great. This case fits the kindle 2.0 perfectly the cons are fits pefectly no room for extra stuff even though it has a inside pocket. Zipper is hard to pull around edges hopefully with time it loosen up. Another plus is you can lock zippers with a little lock. A major plus is the memory foam which is good protection for my kindle 2.0
